Welcome to the Tower Electric Employee Service Awards (ESA) store.
This store is used to recognize Tower Electric employees for service milestones. Eligible employees may redeem one service award per service year based on their current anniversary tier.
How to redeem your award
1) Sign in using your personal email address on file, check with HR for any questions on the email registered for login, you will be routed to your service award year collection after login.
2) Select one award item from your service-year collection.
3) Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
4) Enter your service-year award code at checkout (example: TE-Y010-AWARD, TE‑Y03‑AWARD for year 3, TE-Y10P-AWARD for Year 10+).
5) Complete checkout. Your total will be $0.00 for the award item.
Shipping / pickup
Awards are shipped to a Tower Electric pickup site Please enter the shipping address for your site at checkout.

Tower Electric HR will coordinate distribution once awards arrive on-site.
Important notes
• One award redemption per eligible employee per service year.
• Award item pricing is not part of the employee experience. Tower Electric covers program costs separately, including shipping, handling, and any applicable sales tax.

FAQs
Who is eligible to redeem a Service Award?
Eligibility is managed by Tower Electric HR based on your service anniversary. If you believe you are eligible but cannot access the awards, contact HR.
How many awards can I redeem?
Eligible employees may redeem one award per service year.
Where will my award be delivered?
Awards ship to a Tower Electric pickup site. Select your site at checkout (Centennial, CO or Austin, TX).
How long does it take to receive my award?
Some items (Carhartt) may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Turnaround depends on the item and decoration method (engraving, embroidery, or DTF). Tower Electric HR will coordinate distribution after delivery to your site.
Typical Turnaround Times:
- Carhartt – 2 Weeks
- YETI – 1 Week (unless local supplier out of stock)
- Other Apparel – 1 Week
Can I exchange apparel sizes?
Size exchanges may be available for unworn/unwashed items with original tags. If you need an exchange, contact sales@arcaneengraving.com within 10 days of pickup.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your award is damaged in transit or produced incorrectly, it will be corrected. Contact sales@arcaneengraving.com and include your name, order number, and a photo if applicable.
Can I return a personalized/engraved item?
Personalized items (including engraved items) are not returnable unless defective or produced incorrectly.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is discontinued or unavailable, a comparable substitute may be provided within the same service year. Tower Electric defines the substitution approval approach for the program.
I can’t sign in / I don’t see the award store.
